A great filing system will take you far. From ease of training to administration and security I have created and managed multiple cloud based servers.

At first there was chaos and then came the flowcharts, from there forms and training. SOP initial concepts, beta testing and finalized documentation are just some tools needed for a company to thrive.

It started with a blank page. From there it bloomed into over 500 documents, white pages, flowcharts, PDFs and forms organized and distributed to 19 internal departments.

My six teams of two conducted an audit of $20 million worth of inventory in 2 warehouses and 3 showrooms, across 3 states. We located over $300,000 in missing stock and implemented numerous new procedures still in use today.
